Jago Steel is honoured to be contributing to the transformation of Smithfield House in Birmingham, a development that blends modern functionality with a strong architectural identity.

As part of the ongoing works, our team has been appointed to supply and install our PSB010 Treadform balustrade system.

Our work began in 2024, providing detailed design, structural calculations and competency statements for the Building Safety Act, Gateway 2 submission process. Gateway 2 approval was granted end of 2025.
